Some of us love older homes, whether for their unique characteristics, their history, or the neighborhood. But they come with challenges and our specific needs weren’t being considered as they were built. So if you’re in a residence you did not build for yourself I bet you can identify—right off the top of your head—a few areas where your beloved home could serve you better. Maybe what’s needed is a little help in paint and lighting. Updates. And maybe a little more is needed. Perhaps the floorplan just isn’t serving your needs.
